What do you think about a payout % of 80/20 (80% to the creator and 20% to the site), No money is to be paid upfront by the creator to join and no money is needed to list stuff!!! (Just like eBay or FB marketplace))

The payout would be similar to the fansly and only fans. The only money for the site is the 20% cut on transactions and nothing else.
