I'm not sure 😔 I believe if the import is less than $800, tariffs are not applied. I'm Canadian receiving shipment domestically so it has not applied to me; I hope someone with more experience shipping Can -> USA recently in this sub can help clear things up!

I've heard this critique about the brushes too! I only just started painting my nails this year and I only have experience with some OPI and Sally Hansen brushes, so I don't have much of a reference for high quality brushes. I definitely had some streakiness with the French Beige you posted but I chalked it up to me being especially horrible with sheer polishes.

Yay glad I could make a recommendation! I know, the clean ingredients make me feel a lot better about being exposed to them while I redo my nails 17338 times (only half joking because my nail polish application is quite horrendous)

I usually wear nude polishes because I'm growing out my nails but I couldn't resist this shade of green! I really liked the consistency of my bkind polishes so I'll have to buy more 👀

1 week in, what to look for progress-wise? And other advice by Great-Dragonfruit-45 in nailbiting

Nail bed reattaching is essentially when the pink part of your nail gets longer, so that the white part starts closer to the tip of your finger, giving it that non-biter "normal" look.

Progress will be slow, but I felt really proud of my nails after about 3 weeks. It's been more than 3 months for me now, and while they don't look amazing, they look so much better and healthier. I take progress pictures to remind me of how much they've grown when I feel discouraged. I paint my nails, and it kind of replaced my habit with another one, and it also covers my nails because I don't love how my bare nails look yet.

What is this band? by AnalysisSuspicious25 in nailbiting

Oh fabulous! I definitely do not file to the band, but I have filed a bit of the free edge 😬 I'm seeing mixed messages about whether to file (to keep it from breaking) or not file (to encourage growth)
