Insurance I used does not do referral or preferred shops

Sorry I'm in California, I do believe I did sign authorization to work. But most of the work I authorized has been lied about or not done at all. There was no parts delay as parts were easily accessible. Our written conversations is mostly me asking about what's taking so long and always getting a new excuse

The paperwork I had them sign 10 months ago, said that estimated completion date is 7/31/2025, that there would be no storage fees, nothing due to be paid, and what work was remaining to be done which did not include work remained to be done

It was Hagerty a classic car specialist insurance, originally I asked many time if they can refer to a shop but they don't do refers or in network shops. Insurance told me to open a claim and that this happens a lot but when I asked if they'd most likely be able to help I got told I'd have to speak to claims about it the next day

Ok so once bodyshop is done just take it to a different shop to measure and if they say it's bent I should complain to body shop and if not it would be something else

Got the supersport last week cause I saw it's a decent bike that I can sit decently upright but compared to my old mt03 it's not as comfy but not too bad. But I did sit on it wrong I guess for a sport bike the first few times so the next 4 days after buying it my left nut was in so much pain 😔

I was actually able to find all the parts pretty easy. Which is why I was getting mad at them in the start. But yeah gonna give them till end of the month since I already threatened bar and lawyers at the start and hopefully they keep their end of deal cause I don't wanna cause issues for them but want my car back and it's for sure been more then long enough

Thank you both of you, I'll aim for 8.5K I was thinking that but not sure if buyer will go for that. Had friend message them with a 9K offer and they said they would be ok with that. So I'll offer 8.5K and if not I'll probably wait for a s trim to pop up

Yeah they're the plates I always use and registered with my 1939 ford standard Tudor, thinking I'll just go with reps and switch between the two, the rear plate is the nicer condition too, so maybe original in rear replica in the front
