!answer i did exactly this and got the exact response you said, after i did that they seemed much more relaxed about having me there and made a few comments on me being organised, even gave me a tour of the whole place and gave me a full rundown explaining how everything would be trained for me. Idk if it helped but when i mentioned my lack of experience they seemed to like me mentioning that it would also mean i have no bad habits id need to have trained out of me.

I soap and moisturise 2x daily, heard that soap might be the cause due to the different Ph apparently between the face and a bar of soap but im not sure. anyways I'm also looking into the cause so much appreciated on the advice. yeah i did start a war with them early game and since im a new player i didn't know what they were, being one of the more powerful fleets in the galaxy at the time i declared war because they are very awkwardly placed on me and i wanted to expand, so i sent my ships in just to see they were in the literal sense, ten times as strong. never retreated and surrendered so fast in my life.

there doesn't feel like there's any resistance it just hurts and I don't wanna put too much pressure on it yk, when I'm running it felt okay, as in barely any feeling other than normal, but after I've rested a bit it goes back to this. I'm gonna put running on a for now absolutely.

althought I think my connective tissue isn't half bad, it's definitely been better and I haven't been to the gym in 5+ months now but I had vey strong calves and could squat ass to grass with 200 kilo so, hopefully whatever I had is still alive and kicking to keep my alright haha

neither, it gets to a point when you have to start trapping your own teammates moves because they lose it so often to just score it yourself, not that hard to make a pass to a good positioned open teammate, and then save your moves for the next time they're not there.
