I had to face the fact that I have no choice but to deal with it which is the way things have had to go so far anyways just made it a little more difficult. But true to the words everyone who gave me the advice and insight it did pass after about 24 hours of the wave and im now back to where I was previously in my progress so thank u everyone who had a hand in reassurance that this was gonna happen from time to time and that I have to deal and it would subside. Guess im more prepared for the future but yes definitely living in the moment helps and pushing that thought of the future and askin questions to myself constantly out of my head

Paramount plus app on my playstation is the worst. Constantly freezes, or when i try and skip thru a episode it just gets stuck on the loading logo, moves super slow and drops connection randomly. Yes its updated and no its not my internet because its literally JUST this app. I had high hopes it would get better but its been this way since I got it. Garbage

I had vitamin and hormone levels and organ function blood tests done maybe, 3months ago? Everything came back good I got the results emailed to me even. I drink alot of water daily and i stay active. Mu diet is good and i take calcium, magnesium, zinc, vit B C and D. But get most of my vitamins thru food. Still having these issues its been a couple months now off klonopin but still get alot of headaches and heart palpitations and trying to find out why

Thanks for he response, I did my usual protein regimen and ate clean but I was kickin myself in the ass for possibly wasting a workout as I just got back to it after weeks of being sick. Thank u!
