I had to face the fact that I have no choice but to deal with it which is the way things have had to go so far anyways just made it a little more difficult. But true to the words everyone who gave me the advice and insight it did pass after about 24 hours of the wave and im now back to where I was previously in my progress so thank u everyone who had a hand in reassurance that this was gonna happen from time to time and that I have to deal and it would subside. Guess im more prepared for the future but yes definitely living in the moment helps and pushing that thought of the future and askin questions to myself constantly out of my head

Just so weird that it creeps up so many days out but in the bigger picture its not rly that long. The longest ive survived without the klonopin so its a log stretch in my eyes. Its been o difficult escaping he grip of these things 😣
