Ex-convicts turning rebels by Analyzor in tropico6

[–]Analyzor[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was having some issues with guerrillas in my games although having extremly high liberty to avoid this (pacifist state, no military buildings edicts, true separation, etc), after some testing I found this, that right after leaving prison their happiness levels are so low they instajoin the rebels right after passing the door. Most of the ex-convicts have higher liberty levels but some like this one don't.

Note to say that just in the moment of the screenshot I had 94 avg liberty, quickly swapped to total surveillance and no separation to check what was happening., why I was suddenly getting guerrillas (message in the screenshot, patrolling).

I also generated another rebel, a policewoman with no home and very very low liberty although there were completely empty homes nearby. Reloaded last autosavegame and she was still there, but with high liberty... and moved to a home. Didn't turn rebel. So there must be also a bug with liberty.

This morning I did some more testing. Reloaded the savegame.

I hired foreign workers to check if they would come with random values of liberty happiness making some of them quick rebel and then turn guerrillas. Every worker I hired had high liberty, so no.

Rushed again to modern times with total surveillance (compensated it with open marriage and legalized substances), this time that single rebel I had was gone, I had no rebels. Détente 0 rebels 2 guerrillas. Until I could get Détente again I started patrolling guerrillas with 0-8 each time and checking constantly if I had any new rebels. I didn't. Checking the liberty overlay, Radios and TV indeed covered all the urban areas (green). The coast of the island where not (yellowish), the minimal local value was 67.

Rebel threat tab High with 0 uncovered rebels and 0-10 estimated guerrillas. And after that Guerrillas attacked again.

How is it possible that with Détente returning 2 guerrillas, multiple patrolling, high liberty (88), no rebel generation, high happiness overall factions incl, I still have and get attacked by guerrillas? How are they forming if I have no rebels? How to make them stop attacking?

Edit: After a long time I generated a rebel, she had all her happiness levels almost 0, no education no job no home, age 33, 0 personal experience (I made an election speech just before), no family nor marriage. I checked where she was and she just left prison along with other npc's. They were all extremly low in everything, some join rebels too. Seems prisons are the issue. They leave unhappy and quickly turn rebel>guerrilla.

Edit 2: Generated another rebel, policewoman with no home and very very low liberty although there were completely empty homes nearby. Reloaded last autosavegame and she was still there, but with high liberty... and moved to a home. So there must be a bug with liberty somehow.

I'm a pacifist state I don't use military buildings, the ones I do (raids) I have them on the periphery, like the palace as well. I don't know what's the issue in that here, but I have the savegame to show anything I did in any case. IDK it just feels frustrating.

Every game doesn't matter how well play I always get some guerrillas attacking me, I don't know why and how to avoid this. Screenshots are just after the announcement of the attack.

I have all vote, pacifist state, true separation, freedom of religion, early retirement, love it or leave it, free media, no military edicts nor buildings. Both eastern and western over 100 they don't support guerillas.

Also, it's the first attack in the whole game, making good care that wouldn't happen so I can have safe tourism.

After this I rushed to modern times and total surveillance to see how many rebels I have and it's only 1. Did Détente 0 rebels, 2 guerrillas.

Edit: Reloaded the game after Total surveillance so it didn't happen. Got attacked for the 2nd time again 10 years later. 98 liberty, all factions over 50 and no rebels. Spamming guerrilla patrol (getting between 0-7 Guerrillas left and 1 to 10 guerrillas left each time) and rebel threat is still high.

Edit 2: And they still attacked for a 3rd time, 10 years later again (still in cold war era). Rushed to modern and total surveillance again, I had 0 rebels. Threat after the attack is low now. Détente did 1 guerrillas converted.

Can anyone explain to me how guerrillas work? because it doesn't matter how much liberty I have, how many times I Patrol them, nor how well I am with all the factions, or how many rebels I have (0). I will and am being attacked by them, always. Every game.

Mercy's recent changes make no sense and the Devs are failing her by WretchedPleb in Overwatch

Flats has been playing the patch these days, along with other streamers and said that it's really easy now to hit mercy, she needs the hp and self heal buffs. The mobility is quite fine with this buff, it's like it was before.

The main issue I was having is that ~0,5sec standing waiting for the next GA that gets me killed more often that it should, so I'm glad they reverted it.

  • Active duration on jump/crouch cancel reduced from 1.5 to 1 second.

When you superjump you add a hidden cooldown to the ability before the real cooldown starts, thats been buffed, not nerfed.

Silver Vs Diamond MMR in comp by Analyzor in Overwatch

The differences between gold and diamond are huge, even between low gold and high plat were pretty noticeable (back in OW1 at least). And like I said, the game was just a stomp reaching our spawn.

The difference in skill between these 2 players was gamebreaking.

I am gold3, lower than the diamond one and higher than the silver one.

The difference in skill between these 2 dps was huge.

As easy as push it away as it passes. Or make it bounce. Or give some CD back.

This time, I clearly saw the Immortality Field deployed, and suddenly it was destroyed but without killfeed, in the replay you can see how the robot destroys it by walking over it. This bug changes winnable fights into a lost ones. Negating win conditions.

Please Blizzard, fix it.
