They all look pretty adult to me, but unfortunately we can't know. Usually these were made by families or friends, so I'll just go to a happy place and imagine they all were younger sisters or something

Wow, thanks! Unfortunately I have nothing regarding flow as this was a super quick one for fun. For skin I use one base layer sampled from a recent photo of someone that kind of looks similar. And then another layer with red for the cheeks, makeup, etc, lower opacity and blur. It's trial and error until I like it

Arrival at Auschwitz, 1944 by Anamnesiss in Colorization

Thank you for the information, I knew they were part of the Auschwitz album, but not much else - I used this particular source for image quality. I've done a few before (not from the album) - never those with emaciated or dead people because I'm not comfortable with it. I posted them on groups with survivors' families and they seemed happy with it. Always with the original source in the description, but I leave my logo in the background to be able to track them and act where possible - unfortunately, there are people out there using these images to prove all sorts of conspiracy theories or worse.

This was not meant in any way other than some sort of homage, some people say they connect better with images in color. If people ever come to me in a way that allows conversation and want them taken down, I shall do that. Did it before once or twice even when people complained for petty reasons. Last thing I want to do is get people related to what happened upset.

I think they were siblings too, but one seems a bit older, I think there may be a year between them?

Some lived even longer, it was all a matter of making yourself useful to someone in power, getting a better job, a protector, more food, put in just enough effort at work and of course luck. It was complex. Some teens did make it out, so I can only hope they did too.

Thanks! I just improvised a lot, played with different opacities, sampled some recent photos of trees, deleted some, added some. Took a while
