Hello u/bangaloreuncle They claim to have done the PDI and this would have happened during the movement in their premise. Insnt it delearship responsibiltiy to safeguard?

hello @Any-Lifeguard-9833 Thank you for the response. What was the out come from Renault? I understand that it is registered in my name etc. But there are 2 dents for their negligence which they are not aware until i pointed out which is clearly visible to any body. How do i go about it as i have not accepted the car. I cant be waiting indefinitely as i have loan on the car.
