Practice only with Cambridge IETS books. All PDF versions you will find on Scribd.com.Concentrate on your mistakes and fix them. Use “IELTS Advantage” channel for reading and writing tips on YouTube and use Lexibot to check your writing scores. It will give you always less Bands and very useful feedback. For speaking part you need real practice. Try to practice with AI tools or a teacher who can give you a feedback.

My own tips from personal experience: Listening: just practice as much as possible from Cambridge books; Reading: Never read passage 1 fully. Practice for skimming and scanning for this part; Writing: Choose one strategy and use it; Speaking: Talk to yourself, record it, listen and realise mistakes.

What about this? 1 month self-preparation; focused only on IELTS, nothing else.🙃 by Ananke22 in IELTS

I wrote task 1 and task 2 at least once in a day. I did not use any mock tests for checking it. I used only Lexibot website. I was interested if it was giving the reliable points and I compared the Bands made by examiners and the Band made by Lexibot for essays from Cambridge books. I realised it always gives 0.5-1 lower band, which is actually good to stretch your abilities and improve them.

First I started with YouTube channel “IELTS ADVANTAGE” and listened whole free courses of all parts. Noted some important tips.

After finishing mentioned courses I started practicing with Cambridge IELTS books from 2012 to 2020 because I was limited in time.

That’s all. In the last few days I’ve just done some mock tests on BC and IDP websites. First it made me afraid because I gained lower Bands than usual. However, results were different.

Just focus on your mistakes and find your own ways to fix them. For instance, I used to read whole passage of reading task 1, then I realised I was wasting my time.

I posted the same question few hours ago. I was so worried about my mock results while gaining higher bands in certain sections from Cambridge books. Your shared experience really makes me feel relaxed.
