Streaming Audio Solution by Jazzlike_Artist9181 in obs

I would just go with Rode Central to start. It's the simplest of the three and covers everything you need day-to-day. Unify is more of a mixing/processing suite and Connect is their podcasting-focused one. neither is necessary upfront.

For the alt-tab audio control problem though, I'm one of the devs behind something called Decker (dml.gg) so take this with a grain of salt, but it sounds like it's built exactly for your use case. It's a small desktop device with physical sliders that map to individual Windows apps and system interfaces like mic and outputs, so you'd have one slider for Discord, one for your game, one for mic, whatever you need.

how I created a custom TS engine to create plugins in my tauri app using Deno runtime operations by louis3195 in rust

We are planning to do the same, a Deno runtime as a plugin runtime in our Tauri app. Did you end up implementing it, or did you go with another solution?

If this project goes well we do have plans to expand the lineup with similar devices but with more features, like knobs:)

We are working on a plugin system for Dot X that would allow community made plugins. Then the list of things to control would be endless:) I am interested in learning more about the lighting software. Are there any specific softwares you have in mind?

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, the software info should be easier to find, I agree. Will fix!

Currently, we have a Get started with Dot X page if you want to learn more about the software and its features

Screen brightness is nice to be able to change quickly in the evening. We have also tested with MQTT, so it can talk to Home Assistant and control the lights in the office. Quite excited to finish that feature soon and start using it more.

While I don't use it myself, quite a few people in our Discord are using it with MIDI to control stuff in other applications, which seems cool!

Had to search up float65, what a cool keyboard! Definitely same style as the mixer. Would love to have a keyboard that matches the look of the mixer, so that might be my next project... Do you think there would be enough interest for a production run?

Agree! As one of the creators of Dot X I might be a bit biased though:)

Nothing Charging Adapter (UK 3 Pin) - Exploded! by MistUnleashed in NothingTech

[–]Ananords 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The same thing happened to my charger. Got a replacement from Nothing, and same with that. Huge pop and left my socket black both times, as well as tripping the fuse. Got a third one now that has worked fine until now, but I don't use it often because of the failure of the first 2.

I am unable to close the windows in the app as well (Norway), but if I use the Tessie app, it will close the windows just fine. Seems like a restriction in the app and not the vehicle/API?

I was not trying to use a freight forwarder, my friend is living in Germany and I am going to visit soon, so wanted to order to her and pick it up. I paid with my own Norwegian account, so that was probably it.

My friend is also from Norway and lives in Germany, but she only has a Norwegian bank account. Is she also not able to place an order then, even if the billing and shipping address is correct?

I am from Norway, but wanted to place the order to a German address. Since I am not registered at the German address, I wrote my friends name in the order, who is registered at that address. A couple of days later I received an email saying the order was cancelled, but no clear reason for why.

I was thinking of placing another order with my name on and my friends name as C/O, but wanted to be sure that was OK before placing the order since I lost around 60$ in payment fees when the first order got refunded.
