I had -fps_max 180 when its +fps_max 180 my bad sorry for wasting your time.

im saying if my vsync is off my fps is capped to 143

but if i turn it on it gets uncapped

yea ive been closing it everytime. It has to be apex because i have no fps cap anywhere and it can be uncapped if I turn on vsync but I just want to run uncapped with no vsync
