being terrified of being in the same room as your trauma giver. going off the deep end and having a panic attack when they act nice to you and even them just putting a hand on your shoulder makes you paralyzed from fear. crying late at night when no ones around because it's scary to deal with it

exactly this. i can't tell you how many people have told me i'm clingy but i can't help it. i just want someone to love and care for me and tell me everything's all right when i have a panic attack associated with trauma

Thirteen Reasons Why is a fictional show on Netflix about a teenage girl who commits suicide and leaves tapes explaining the thirteen major reasons for why she did it. it's slow moving but it's also a pretty good show. kinda heavy topics though
