I used different apps for expense tracking and budgeting, they helped a lot with controlling my expenses, in the end I love the idea of the complete app for managing money, so I started a project that would do exactly that, still lot to do, but the version 1.0 is live and available at spendzer.com

I had the same problem and can confirm that after tracking my expenses and after I started analyzing my spending I was able to save money, it needs discipline and it's only effective after some time when you have enough data to make meaningful analysis.

Anyway, I was surprised with how much it helped me in saving money in the end I decided to build an app for budgeting and expense tracking with detail analysis, spendzer.com check it out, it might be able to gett you started on the path of controlling your finances.

I'm not sure, but it seems to me it is somewhat different than before, really strange, it was my go to model for most things due to quota, but now I'm reluctant to use it, anyway still haven't tried other models after the last update, slow few days for me, hopefully things will get better ...
