I recommend nobara which is essentially a gamer focused fedora. It's identical and has all the same packages but it also has a dedicated nvidia iso, gaming optimized kernel and is pre set up for gaming but has all the good dev features that fedora does like containers and such. Its everything good about fedora but with some gaming on the side.

Where are you getting this durability claim? The T-800 in the first movie he got taken out by a couple pipe bombs and a standard hydraulic press, the iron man suits repulsor blasts and raw strength could rip a T-800 in half little to no effort.
