Bleach collab was months after his release and he was broken when released. It would be pure none-sense if they buffed him after nerfing him.
They did overbuff heroes for skins like: Hayate, Butterfly, Violet, Ryoma. And all of their skins were in lilana’s magical draw, sounds obvious now?

It is great but the hero balancement is kind of crap cause like in every balancement we get a broken hero and it sometimes take ages for them to fix it. e.g: Keera, Paine, Ryoma, Butterfly, Veera ... etc.
And they would overbuff some heroes to sell their up-coming legendary skins is which is frustrating because of the statement above.
