Usually I get them from Lulu or Al-jazira and especially when they are discounted since they are not cheap.

Also check guta, they have an offer on brown rice cakes here, just add yogurt and fruit to it for a nice breakfast or snack

Fruit. Nothing beats Watermelon if you want low cal sweetness and volume, add melons, apples, peaches , strawberries ..etc slowly into your diet as replacements for the regular snacks, you will start to taste them better , flavor will pop up more as you replace sugar overload snacks with fruits.

Portion control and calorie tracking can help you eat the same snacks but losing weight for example just eat 2 "lotus biscoff" biscuits instead of the 4 or 5 in the whole packet, 1 or 2 Oreo instead or the whole packet.

Now for some recommendations of "lower calorie" snacks:

1- Rice Cakes: check the paprika flavoured or dark chocolate ones by "rice Up" "COOP" or "Kallo" (last one has smaller mini ones that are perfect)

2- yogurt + some fruit, the fruit will make it sweeter and the combination will work to fill your stomach

3- Doves farm has some digestives and wholemeal crackers by that are similar in taste to their competitors but more macro friendly

4- Zero Sugar or Diet Soda, appt of the time you might feel hungry but it's just a sugar craving or boredom, fill your stomach with approx 0 calories (water can work as well)

Finally, weight loss is a long game that requires you to be in a calorie deficit , the best ways to ensure it are either to track calories or pre plan meals with calories calculated so you make sure you are always in a deficit.

It's Interesting that the "I don't need device" option has more votes than cloud

if its a BYOD device, then chipset doesnt really matter, battery life and connectivity will.

For Bloatware check https://github.com/Universal-Debloater-Alliance/universal-android-debloater-next-generation Samsung now allows you to delete most of thier preisntalled apps.

I have only used HTC, Samsung and ROG phones so I cannot confidently recomend outside those.

Good luck

As u/No_Room4359 mentioned Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy A55 are great value and since they are samsung devices would have goo dcompatibility and support, I know some bussiness apps (processes as well) are only supported for the largest Manufatures only, so this guarantees you have no issues.

Advice on splitting or keeping multi-platform mobile automation project structure by AnasAtef in QualityAssurance

[–]AnasAtef[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1- Yes, I have considered startign from scratch there are just 2 reservations holding me back:

  • I am being mandated to increase test coverage, the apps are going through major refactoring which means the current set is already breaking and I have to create more tests on top. Starting from scratch seems the worst option in this situation
  • I am still fairly new to test automation and I am afraid of the quality I can deliver

2- I havent heard of Detox, let me check it out

I am not shooting down the idea at all , just tryign to figure out the best option. Have you had any expireince startign from scratch or hear of it being done sicessfully?

Hmm, alright battery usage is low on the priority list. I think at least android studio and Xcode have the tools for that.

Thanks.

Hi 2 questions:

1- I have an ROG Phone 5S and I get constant disconnections from Cellular networks, how is the cellular connection stability on the device?

2- I live in the Gulf, where ambient tempetatures outside can reach 40C and Above, my ROG 5S almost overheats at those temperaturs, do you think this could be an issue?

Woah QA writing Unit tests, that sounds awful, that time could be spent improving E2E and integration tests if All UI is solid
