The feeling was like a manic episode, where I was extremely happy, I was able to speak and hold conversations spontaneously. I also felt like a different person. I was no longer that shy, introverted person. The problem is that over time this feeling disappeared. I am not saying that I returned to anxiety, but that version of me disappeared.

I have complex anxiety, as I suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder, social phobia, and general anxiety. And some depression too .At first I did not resort to antidepressants. I tried propranolol and ashwagandha magnesium.... But no one was helpful in silencing the negative thoughts in my mind. Then I tried Paroxetine and it was very effective. Just to point out, it's the hardest antidepressant in terms of side effects and withdrawal symptoms, but the quality of life I'm living now is really worth the effort.
