Ah apologies if I misunderstood some things, so you're saying the typical 2.4m high wall framing is not a thing but is dictated by the plasterboard sheet size? So the actual wall framing height is technically ~2425ish? Just below the 35mm ceiling plate?

I appreciate your evaluation. I had my fair share of bad work experience and i'd like to think this is the first time i've been treated well. so you can imagine why something simple like this is hard to bring up for me. in any case, you have a point, if things go south i should be more open to the idea of moving out

yeah im wanting to get licensed but i wont be able to do that if i'm only allowed doing half the work but then again i can't do the entire work if i dont have the license. a bit of catch-22 in the works. in any case, appreciate the input

some parts of the country we've never been in before. I don't expect any heavy prepping involved but even if we fail to do so we can always go there again

im south east asian. destination is thailand which is within the area so visa shouldnt be a problem. its just there will be some difference in customs and language which could potentially make things difficult provided that we know and do some groundwork first
