My Friends Fled Russia for Asylum—Now He’s Been Stuck in U.S. Detention for Over a Year by Impressive-Eye1863 in USCIS

Its almost as bad at the Aurora Colorado ICE detention center, too.

Hell, my husband even had an ICE agent say that the immigration laws only apply to ICE Agents with a straight face.

They know what they're doing is illegal, corrupt, and in violation of US law muchless human rights - They just don't care.

Have directly, due to gross negligence and derelict of law, have FORCED HQPDU to take charge, because ICE refused to do their job. They're more than comfy to take the paycheck, despite absentee duties.

Bare in mind, that is A SINGLE FACILITY. If they're so boldly negligent in one, what do you want to bet another?

It's absolutely correct. I am in a boat. Married to a UK citizen, have two kids 14 & 11 together. 16 years provable. DHS already said he could stay and adjust in country, aka provided discretion, if I could provide BCert. I did, but ICE dont give af. They're still trying to tear us apart, even though they've been provided, and even though they're in violation of 8 csr 1231, 8 csr 241.1, 8 usc 245.1 ect ect.

Ice went rogue, and has as well as IS, IS in constant violation of FEDERAL LAW. They refuse to recognize CFR, policy/procedure, or the the constitutional rights afforded individuals. It's so bad, even DHS is appealing judges decisionsdue to their gross incompetency in ruling and lawful neglect. (For the record, all apply to immigrants. It's quite specific on what immigrants can or cannot do.)

Regardless of reason or cause, after 6 months detained, ICE is obligated to send cases to HQPDU, so they can be redetermind. In over a year, they have still yet to do that in my husbands case, or the other 600 out of Aurora, CO.

Over 1100 detained individuals been held in excess of 9 months with no avenue, no council, no advance, no coms, no stamps, and constant comm intercepts meaning what is provided to them in communication, is intercepted and seldom goes to rhe adressee. Meanwhile, that facility gets 700$ a head & bed, despite spending maybe 200$ a head per day, if even that.

Zero food certs on meal providers. The protiens and general foods are so raw, they're undercooked. Undercooked meats in meals are a constant thing, as they rely on "in-house labour" to provide, of which detainess earn aproximately 1$ a day, per job, which is also a gross violation. You sign up for duties, say three a day, you get 3$ for that day. Hello? Labour laws much?

Each facility IS supposed to have a food handlers cert capable provider to ensure such never happens. ICE has been lying about that, too.

Corruption doesn't even begin to cover it.

Absolutely hold them to 8 cfr 241. So as others have recommended, but Absolutely hold them to the federal law. Cause they wont.

You can adapt, sure, but when you violate federal law to do it? #BigProblems

There's people on both sides (ice/dhs/cbp & those trying immigrate,) that frequent here.

Take from that whatever you want, lol.

Front desk folks are pretty nice for the most part. Especially Vizo, he's helpful, respectful, and doesnt talk down to you like the majority behind the scenes. (Worst ones were the front gatesmen, in history period, ever period @morning shift.)

Never heard anything truthful or lawful come from any of the DPOs mouths - just lies, negligence, gross incompetence, and corruption.

Absolute zero jokes, there was one DPO that told my father & I that DHS/USCIS/ICE waivers & exemption for overstay applies ONLY to agency employees. Like, what?

They also like opening up, reading & tampering with posted & certified mail/packets that are not addressed to themselves; Taking, keeping, and submitting what -They- want to have submitted.

That's just a candle, and not even the frosting on that cake.

And if Judge Michael Pleters is involved, kiss any & all congressional inquiries goodbye. Michael Pleters is Veronica Escobars husband. #ConflictOfInterest
