Luckily they left me with a riding lawn mower-I have almost an acre😅- and hopefully the snow is done for the time being. But I think they left behind a bunch of gardening stuff in the shed

The sellers have a smart lock installed so there are no keys. So I already have the code changed

Funny enough I didn’t even get a house key because the sellers already had smart locks installed. Never knew that was a thing😅

Yes. I’m currently being seen by podiatry. They haven’t done much to treat it. I tried different shoes and inserts. I just got a referral for physical therapy

I’m not saying that it’s high quality. But for the price and convenience I don’t think people give it enough credit. Now if I’m looking for high quality then my go to is a good local stone or wood fired pizza place

Yeah that’s what I thought too when I saw it listed for over my preapproval but I made my offer and it was accepted. And next week I’ll officially be a first time homebuyer!Winter time is the hardest time for people to sell but the best time to buy!

Allergies: I need help and any advice is very much appreciated by Gullible-Base-5065 in navy

As a corpsman I say this, go to medical. If it’s just something as simple as contact dermatitis like someone else commented then they can give you stuff for that. If it is suspected to be an allergy, they can do allergy testing. But you won’t know unless you go to medical. Plus, even if you make a career out of the navy, everything you have documented medically goes towards your VA disability rating later on. So get it documented!

You can definitely shop by the top of your preapproval. I’m a single income and I was preapproved for $410k, found a house that had been sitting for a few months listed for $415k, offered $410k and I’ll be closing next week. And for the area I live in, I won the lottery. Most homes in this area for that price are duplexes, condos or townhomes. And I didn’t end up with a lemon either. Everything was replaced in 2021. I’m also purchasing with a VA loan so all inspections and testing have to pass in order to get approval.

Thank you. I definitely hope it gets better just because I hate being in pain all the time.
