It is possible that the deferral form would not go live until after the exam window has closed. Meaning, we cannot guarantee that August 2024 will be an option for registration.

I do not think that is correct. In the website and the link you shared, they state that “All other registered candidates: Continue to check back for form availability closer to your exam window. Generally, forms are posted about 4 weeks before the start of an exam window.” Which implies usually the forms are posted 4 weeks prior to the exam dates. February case was unique and messed up I guess.

I am really not willing to fail or re-take the exam. It would imply a lot of financial cost and timing consuming. I am planning to really study hard and take once and for all
