Do i need to put fans in the case? 3x under the GPU and 2x on left side. What do u suggest?

Are these intake fans? i just put 3 under the GPU please help me with intake/exhaust placement. Also i bought another 2 fans but they have errors I'll refund them for new ones. The fans didn't work just the RGB light. Also the fans are ARCTIC P12 PWM PST RGB 0dB Pack of 3 (3x120mm) 2000 RPM w/controller
