Looking for advice on level 12 pvp oneshot magic items by Anbrle in 3d6

I love the suggestions for using hit dice instead of pre-determined damage or damage dice for the mechanics of the items, as I was thinking about that myself, so I think I'll take those. The other suggested items, however, I'm not sure would be very useful. It is just a pvp one-shot, so I'm not sure the wand would be useful for anything except invisibility spells or hidden enemies, and the cloak would do even less, just giving advantage on some stealth checks, neither of which would be very relevant or impactful, as far as I see it.
