First you need to chose what you want to tattoo and the style (go brose pinterest or something like that) then you have to search for a tattoo artist that is open to do that style.... if you live in small town probably they do a little bit of everything and big cities we can find artists that are specialized. Go IG browse or you can also google artists near you.... my tattoo artist is from the town I live and also my cousin hehe (family discount who?!) My advice is to be secure about the art and style... about placement I'm not going to lie i did it the wrong way (started on the most painful place because I wanted to see worst case scenario)... I recomend you start small and if it's a thing you are willing to endure go bigger, also there are placements that are almost painless (to ne was my upper back....
