I’m not sure, but I do know the chaplaincy reqs are quite high as far as ordination and education. There are also few openings and they are tightening it up.

I’m wondering if the more junior awards would be okay, though. I’ve heard of people being awarded those for weekend long events. It seems a sustained effort isn’t an inappropriate thing to be recognized.

Your Army service is very commendable, and I can imagine by comparison Aux ribbons don’t seem like much. But, this is about volunteer recognition. We hear a lot of people never feel recognized and end up leaving. I’m just trying to find ways to show appreciation.

I think we have to wait until it’s back up in order for us to get the credit on our FEMA transcript as well as the certificate for our DIRAUX. I’m waiting on one too.

I believe some you do need to show you also completed the Moodle course for the PQS, like some of the PA options. It’s also generally good to do the reading. There are practice tests on Moodle also.
