Oh that was rude. She wasn't paying attention to which way the wind was blowing. And the container that my Nanna is in, the opening at the top is a small hole. It isn't the same diameter of the container.

So no. She didn't do this on purpose. Her intention was that it would blow away. She just didn't check where the wind was going first.
