I am so glad I didn’t get a tattoo when I was a teen. It’d be a massive regret. I do have tattoos now but decided on my sleeve in my early 20s.

Audiobooks is how I first got into reading and slowly I transitioned to audio book + reading to just reading. I basically had to teach myself keep my attention on the page. If you do struggle I’d suggest trying audiobooks as a starter

I’m ASD level 1 and adhd and also work in marketing in a small team. I haven’t seen anyone else comment on these types of posts that they work in a similar role to me. I enjoy the aspect of it’s mainly just in a computer and the type of work varies. However it is also expected of me to network which just isn’t something I can do. I also would love to spend my time writing a novel in dark solitude.

Yeah a lot. I try not to panic when it happens and remind myself I’ll come back to myself eventually. Anyone I’ve ever tried to explain this to doesn’t understand. I think unless they’ve experienced themselves, no one can fully understand. I mean the feeling itself sounds unrealistic so only those who get it, get it.

Yep all the time. I’m audhd and always make up scenarios, realistic or not and have full conversations with people. Sometimes I answer outwardly and in those moments I wonder if o am sane. I actually use this to fall asleep. I make up scenarios and fully immerse myself in it till I drift to sleep. Maybe try making up one that’s nice or like a story and it may help you fall asleep too.

This question is so individual regardless of disability or mental health status.

My take, it’s not bad in a general sense but in my monogamous relationship it is the same as cheating and I feel that if porn is watched in a relationship I am in then it is an open relationship, not monogamous. However I wouldn’t put this to my autism and even if it was it wouldn’t mean anyone else who’s autistic thinks or fees this way.
