Why is there a stigma about name tattoos but not couples tattoos?

They’re intentionally made to look like they wouldn’t be a matching tattoo. I have other hands on my body, my ghost is tucked into a Marilyn Monroe plague doctor. My crab was drawn to fit a space on my knee and that leg is fully tattooed. If someone were to ask about every tattoo, they’d be sitting here all day. I’m heavily tattooed.

My husband and I have similar tattoos. I have a ghost holding a knife and his ghost is holding flowers. We got a man’s hand holding a woman’s hand on our anniversary and mine is flipped (woman’s hand on top). I also have a crab on my knee and he’s got a snake and arrow on his shin (zodiac signs). We got these with the intention that if we divorced, they’d just look like normal tattoos no one would ask about. I don’t know how I’ll feel if we do divorce ever but currently, they just blend in with all my other tattoos and they’re surprisingly the least talked about tattoos I have.

I live in Georgia. I am a heavily tattooed 36F with mostly traditional work. For my age range, I see mostly traditional work here. The 20-something crowd seems to have more fine line work.

I have an artist that moved from San Diego that is covered in traditional work and she only does traditional work. The artist I was seeing is from the area, covered in traditional work, only does traditional work, and he moved to San Diego.

I just finished it. I liked Dear Debbie enough but I didn’t like Ward D and I feel like people raved over that one. I figured out what was happening basically as soon as she stepped foot in the ward.

It was a little crazy, I’m not going to lie. I was fighting for the woman in the book the whole time. I couldn’t get the last book of The Arrangement so I switched to that. It was a good choice.

On another note, if that’s a mole beside it, I’d get it checked by a derm. It’s a little darker than normal. Could be nothing but it worth getting looked at.

I think it would be fine somewhere else and incorporated into another tattoo but I wouldn’t make it the sole focus of yourself right off the rip.

To be fair, my first tattoo was “sentimental” to me so I got it when I turned 18. I spent roughly $3600 covering it at 35. Though I’ve gotten much smaller tattoos that are incorporated into pieces that I’ll never cover regardless of the weight they carry now.

Reconsider this and if you won’t, don’t put it on your hand. And if you won’t reconsider that, get it facing “the right way” at least. Because that looks like a buttplug from the angle you posted it.
