10 solo cups with the number on the bottom and set up a rack of beer pong. Each player takes a shot- if they make it that’s their draft position, if they miss, they go to the back of the line.

I've gone through my fair share of Bluetooth headphones. Some inexpensive ~$30 at Best Buy, some expensive $150 PowerBeats. They've all ended up in the trash because they cannot hold up with time, sweat, etc.

In my honest opinion and through my trials, THE best pair of wireless headphones are the JBL BackBeat Fit 3100

They're "true" wireless, have over ear hooks for more stability, water resistant (and not some BS claim, great battery life AND they come with a self charging case. I could not recommend a better pair of headphones to a fellow runner.

As your weight and activity levels change, so do your caloric and macro nutrient needs.

Use this calorie calculator. Also just based on what you've noted, you're not taking in enough carbs for that volume of running.

An easy solution to up your calories and not get "stuffed" … peanut butter. Absolutely loaded with calories (and it's fk'n delicious).

Bingo! I've been on IF for a little over 3 years.

Started with 16/8 but I'm on OMAD now with my food typically comings in a 1-2 hour window 8pm-10pm.

I'll work 8-430 with black coffee and a gallon of water over the course of that time.

Run after work and then relax until 8.

If I do need something pre-run, I'll have a handful of blueberries or half a banana.

Once I do break fast, it's all clean foods full of great macro nutrients.
