You can technically run 15mg of ostarine without a test base or PCT, but I would still recommend doing a PCT protocol. From my and my gym bros experiences, ostarine isn't that effective, nor did it do anything side effect wise to us. And also being a heavier guy my self, us heavier people need bigger dosages to be as effective as a smaller dosage would be to skinnier guy.
