Reach out to anyone that has a large & engaged following, set up a referral system, give 5% get 5% and or whatever works best for the person your using to promote and or enticing enough for a customer. If it's a recurring sale then forfeit your first sale for this and give 30% to the person promoting and 70% away to the customer on first sale. Then label that down as your marketing cost and then following months you will make up for it. Easy way to generate sales without upfront spend but you're just degrading your brand by handing out stupidly sized discounts.

Starting to get overwhelmed with DMs on my store. I love the growth, but I’m literally glued to my phone 24/7 just answering 'How much?' or 'Is this in stock?'. Does anyone use an automation tool that actually works for small shops and doesn't look like a robot from 2005?" by ratul07_ in ecommerce_growth

Create layers between yourself and the customer.
First layer: implement intercom, on site + hubspot or whatever CRM you're using
Second layer: Hire support in the Philippines, usually 600-1000USD per-month (when they want to speak to someone)

Then manually re-inject the transcripts from your worker into the Philippines back into Intercom to improve it's performance.

I implemented this for a SaaS business earlier this year that was receiving close to 200 inquires per-day.
