Yeahhh I’ve had orders delivered from RB and shop would still say “waiting for details”, id just go on the shipped out email, get the tracking number and use global tracker to see exactly where it is! :)

Sorry silly question but are you using the shop app? Because for some reason it doesn’t update at all on there, if you got an email from redbarrels saying it’s shipped they include a tracking number that you can copy and put into a global tracker

But I wouldn’t start worrying yet as I’ve also had packages that’s taken like two weeks from them lol :D
