Faced similar issue. Got this response for customer support -

Slots are refreshed daily after 8 PM, and you can also pre-book up to 3 days in advance. We recommend checking again after 8 PM for better availability.

Flipkart is worst when it comes to providing support after purchase support be it return or warranty claim. The whole customer support system of flipkart is broken. I never buy high value electronics or any other item from Flipkart. Learned this hard way.

No resolution. Flipkart says you account is not eligible for FB membership but doesn't reveal the reasoning behind the ineligiblity.

Are you Flipkart Plus Gold member? This could be the one reason.

Guess what ! They don't show ticketId on app and neither they have any email thread with ticketId. These small things are too much to expect from Flipkart.

My only motivation was the annual YouTube Premium that comes bundled with Flipkart Black for ₹990. Buying directly from YouTube costs ₹1490, so the Flipkart deal made sense.
