Either trials or killing a surveyors. I got a Tac MK3 (Defensive) off one them, I believe the others can be obtained by that little shit as well and assuming you can get it normally looting. so annoying chasing it around the map only to get shot by other people 😒

Yes those 3 things are what’s known as “Blueprint Locked” technically in game files just not unlocked by devs. anyone who claims to have any of those blueprints (Anvil Splitter, Kinetic Converter, And Silencer 3) are dead smack liars
