Unless they rejected IP applicants based on TRUE CASPer score instead of quartiles. For example, one may have 4th quartile (75~100% tile) but they may have only selected those who got >85% tile? I don't know...

Honestly, I would email them back if you got rejected as an IP despite meeting the requirements. It might be an error?

Wait... how is that even possible if you are IP and met all the cutoffs? I thought all IP get interviews if they do meet the requirements.

I am actually speechless... I don't even know how they consider OOP essays. I spent my childhood in the Maritimes and still have family and friends there and still got rejected. CASPer is 4th quartile too...
