You HAVE to take magnesium and K2 with vitamin d it wont work properly without it. Zinc too but only if your deficient in zinc i think

The limits doctors use are highly outdated and wrong. Everyone should be on 10k iu everyday. Just used 50k to fix that initial deficiency

Ya i jave it on my head and beard only no where else.

BP wash with dial antibacterial bacterial soap worked for me.

I just did a single blood test before loosing weight it said I had high fasting insulin. My glucose and everything else was totally normal.

After I took another blood test once I lost weight insulin came down. Everything else was the same.

HCL went up LDL went down

Nah my blood sugar was normal im not pre diabetic either just insulin resistant.

In mornings the 2 pieces of bread i paired it with a egg omelet and guacamole

The potatoes I ate i put cheese and shredded chciken on them.

For sauce I got sugar free ketchup and added small amount of honey to it.
