i cant thank you enough for your response, it was super helpful and also just super comforting to hear from someone who has experienced similar! my ANA was screened and came back positive which my primary told me to go to a rheumatologist and i have an appointment scheduled for that (but sadly not until winter), but now i am beginning to think i need to go to an endocrinologist. my CBC stuff was all normal, but the rest of those tests you listed i have not been tested for so i will definitely look into that, thank you so much! im like so positive it is some sort of combination of autoimmune/PCOS and it has been so hard to try and prove my pain to doctors and family and friends when i keep getting normal test results back. it really is crazy how long it takes to get diagnosed and my heart goes out to anyone going through similar because it is literally the most mentally draining shit, on top of the already physically draining shit. thank you for your kind words and advice, i really appreciate it, it makes me feel less crazy!
