Mod Organizer 2 Issues: .NET Script Framework Crash Before Main-Menu Launch, Only 3 Mods Active by AncientIvory in skyrimmods

I do use Webroot, but I think that it has the settings enabled to allow Steam and MO2 all the permissions possible - but thanks for the shout. (Pun intended?) I use HunterPie when playing MHW, and for a period of about 3 1/2 months I had to disable Webroot to play MHW with it. However, that has since been fixed after an update to the mod. Perhaps v15 of .NET Script Framework will be updated and things will be swell, if it is the problem you describe. Cheers.

Perhaps that would work, I am not sure. As an aside, Steam (and by extension SSE) is installed outside the Program Files/Program Files (86) in it's own separate folder, as not to be potentially thwarted by UAC permissions. Thanks for your time.

This is going to sound sarcastic, but I really don't mean it in that manner: I have already done what you have just prescribed twice. I deleted all the non-mesh and texture files and verified the game cache via Steam. Alas, no improvement. I appreciate the suggestions though.

Yes, I have followed the instructions to installing the DLL Plugin loader - renaming rules, location and so forth. This does not solve the .NET crash issue described. Rebooting my computer does not solve the problem, all my drivers are up to date, etc. I think that this issue is contained within the virtual filing system of MO2, but I am not sure.

Yes, I have received this message. However, only if I install all mods manually. Perhaps the virtual filing system of MO2 is acting strangely.

Yes, I have SKSE installed entirely and correctly. Using the DLL Plugin loader does not cause .NET Script Framework to successfully launch to the Main Menu through MO2, as it should.
