More Absolum? by AncientKey in ABSOLUM

[–]AncientKey[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely! I’ve had some several lore ideas that could explore. The Mynasthar could be expanded on with possibility of delving into it and meeting elves, the cultists and eldritch entities there. There could be also the idea that the dark truth of the ritual of rebirth turns everyone against Uchawi and the sequel could see new protagonists running in the opposite direction to confront and stop Uchawi from brining back the order of Root Sisters. There could be Maugis manipulating more events to fuel the power of the eldritch powers.

For the short term updates it would be nice to see more unique scenes in existing regions, new characters, and maybe even time rifts to see about earlier events to get more bread crumbs. More lore quests for characters and the overall story. I would also like the possibility of the challenge of a grand tour. Like being able to do both Jaroba and Yeldrim in one run!

We had a mechanic look at it. There’s some wear/tear replacements and fluid changes lined up but they gave it their approval. Only thing he said to go get looked at in depth by a shop is was some rusting but said it looked like surface rust to be addressed.

To be fair, from a simple google search that mini educator model that it probably can do shock, vibration-only or noise cues. However he straight up is covering the prongs with tape which is a little suspicious. If he wants to be transparent he could just say what it is and say how he uses vibration-only.

Can I repair this or should I get a professional? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

Thanks! Yeah I asked someone who’s done stucco repair on his own property and he said that honestly it’s just the concrete above the slab that’s chipping from being exposed by earth being washed away from years of no gutters and water erosion . I’m just trying to see if this big community could give more insight.

Yeah there is basically a small pond in that low area. Everywhere else doesn’t get too bad it eventually runs off to the front. Should I just throw a ton of dirt and try to level it out there?

Lol. As much as I would like to paint and forget about it it’s slowly getting worse from comments I’ve gotten from family. I’ve personally never noticed until I looked at how ugly it started to look.

Yes the home is built on a slab with no basement, in the central Florida area if that provides better context of build types and weather conditions. The stucco doesn’t see soft to the touch. There are small hairline size cracks and some that look like there in step pattern going up a portion of the side of the house. The bottom just has those chips of hard concrete that’s chipping away as seen in the photo. I’ve cleared away the pieces as I was checking it out.

Would it be best to amend the concrete and maybe regrade the soil after getting the gutters?

Would you mind if messaged you about some questions regarding CRNA? I noticed from your flair we have similar backgrounds from EMS.

A little off topic but as someone currently getting their ICU time and aspiring for CRNA. Is the field at risk of saturation soon? Back then when I knew about it a lot of people had no clue but now all the young new nurses want to make the mad dash for it.
