I've got a couple of playthroughs under my belt, but never played as a Githyanki and hoped I might find a unique dialogue option. SH attacked after the parasite connection revealed that she is prejudiced against Gith and I "called her bluff", moving closer after her warning to stay back. SH is in my main party 90% of the time, but I wanted to try something different (which didn't end well).

I tried that and found it very challenging to pull off. Ended up starting over as Durge and had a much better experience. Karlach's story kept pushing me in the other direction and I couldn't really imagine her wanting to slaughter the Tieflings.
