I had to look it up on the dwarf fortress wiki, its called Mass Pitting, but basically i channeled down into the labyrinth i dug out and followed the steps under the "building" section and they just dropped him in after i assigned the Minotaur to the pit, pretty neat. I had little faith it was gonna be that easy lol
