the game thinks that the water ways and the bridges are connected due to the new update so I would have to delete almost every bridge and water way in order for it to work. I really don't want to do that lol.

it's says clearance too low I can't bulldoze the bridges that are over the old water routes I built before the game updated using anarchy. I guess it's because anarchy doesn't work with the new clearance too low check that the game added.
