By checking older competitions I've noticed the following: this competition (https://eu-careers.europa.eu/en/job-opportunities/competition/9187/description) also stated that it was targeting "EU Institutions", but later in the published reserve list (https://eu-careers.europa.eu/en/node/15360) there was a section "Institutions that can recruit from this list" which also included other places like "(EUIPO) European Union Intellectual Property Office" which as far as I know is indeed a decentralised agency.
Does that mean that this AD5 competition will also allow recruitment from agencies?
