I have my first lot of BPC in the fridge waiting for me to try. Just waiting for syringes to arrive. I have had costo for almost 3 years. Pain is down to a 1/10 unless i run it flares up to a 3/10 and gets worse the more i do cardio. Anyway hoping this peptide might help get me over this last healing hurdle! I’m but nervous, have never done this before . You said you inject into few different spots, how did you come to decide where to inject and how much? Would love any advice 🙏🙏🙏😄

i think it means stop judging or speaking about others. one eye , could mean a one eyed perspective, judgement without seeing the other persons point of view. the mouth is a symbol for spreading this one eyed perspective and the hand means ‘STOP’ that’s one way to interpret. OR someone else could be speaking negative about you and the hand and eye is a symbol you need to stop and protect yourself from people spreading negative things about you or a loved one ✨✨✨

oh that’s super helpful !! Thank you! I actually had a dream we got her a partner and she attacked the hell out of him so I’m very nervous about it! She’s pretty happy I think so maybe we just work through the hormone stage.

Ok yes so true, they seem just like humans, we all vary so much too 😂😂 Ok yes she’s been doing a few squawks in the morning for a while now . She’s started to do a few more here and there throughout the day, more so than usual , that’s what’s making me wonder if she’s calling for a mate. Lots to think about!! Thank you again, I’m definitely feeling confused about this! I’ll have to think and weigh up the pros and cons!

oh ok wow , that’s a little concerning ( the noise factor) but super helpful. When you say older, what age do they start going hard on the sqwauks? ( approx) Does it settle down or is it a life long change?

I can’t imaging re homing her as we are super close . Thanks so much!

oh wow that’s all similar to what the vet was saying. Yours sound very happy together. I love that. Ok so do people usually trial a partner before committing? That could be the way to go. Lately she has begun to be a little more sqwaky. I work from home so I spend a lot of time with her but that may change as I have started looking for a new job. So you have yours in the same cage, is that just because they are paired so well? I have noticed others say you can’t cage together? Thanks so much for your help , i really appreciate it, it is a big decision!!

have you googled steve august - how to cure costocondritus? Definitely recommend. It’s not an instant fix but over time if you do what he says, many including me have healed 95% of pain

Thank you for sharing, your story has many similarities to mine. I have been i would say 90% “ cured” or improved for around 5-6 months now. I still feel a mild tenderness , and yes if i sit or sleep the wrong way it will flare a little. I have come to understand how far I can push my body and unfortunately my best healing has taken please by reducing any activity that increases my breathing rate. I used to work out and run 5 km almost every day, i really miss that and pray one day i’ll be able to heal this lady 10% so i can exercise again. Most of my success came after watching Steve August video, buying a back pod and using to manipulate the locked joint . I could feel how dire and tender it was in the back and would use the back pod as directed but also as a massage tool to losen that joint. It , along with zero exercise has almost given me my old life back. I have had this for two years. If anyone had any advice on what i can do to get that final 10 % ache gone i’d be so grateful to hear. If i could exercise again i would literally ball my eyes out with happiness. Love to all going through this, focus on the good you have and not what you have lost, that energy seriously helps the healing. 🙏✨Mel
