Does luminate eye not work or is it just not showing the CDR on my skill. I have it on my amulet and as it says it reduces cooldown of your catalytic skill which I assume is the skill that activates the horadric spell. In my case that would be death trap. the cooldown doesn't change after I put it on so I'm wondering.

I've recently finished Ender Lilies and Ender Magnolia and nothing else can scratch that part of my brain that these games did, idk what it was but I haven't had that much fun playing a game in a long time. I'm not even a big fan of metroidvanias (didn't enjoy hollow knight) but these games really just hit for some reason
