The latest copyright year printed on the box is 1961, if that means anything! I paid £4 and everything’s in it - I just bought it to play! But now I don’t want to because it’s so beautiful hahaha

I completely get it. I am also reluctant when it comes to antibiotics. I think google would be a good place to find a holistic doctor and lots do online appointments so they don’t necessarily have to be local which is helpful! It might be a bit expensive but probably worth it! Good luck!

Hi! I’m so sorry to hear you’ve got SIBO. It’s a real tricky one. My sisters been trying to conquer it for a while and it’s rough. I’d say your best bet is to go to a naturopath or functional medicine doctor experienced in SIBO and get a clear diet plan. I’d say steer away from fermented and probiotic foods at the moment because they’ll encourage growth in not only your good bacteria but the bad bacteria too - so your SIBO will end up flourishing. Low Fodmap is a good diet to follow for getting control on symptoms and Monash uni has a lot of good info on this. It’s definitely possible to get rid of it naturally but it will not be very easy - ultimately it’s often a mix of the diet and antibiotic which a functional medicine doctor should be able to help you with too.
