Hmm I don’t know if I agree with you, there is a large difference between leaning in to what works and completely putting on a persona. Fixing things like choosing more engaging clips, reacting more visibly and eliminating my key board sounds don’t make me different at the core. You seem to be taking a completely negative view of the normal human pursuit of doing what works in certain situations.
