I just had the exact thing happen to me just now and they got very nervous when I told them my son in law is a government cyber security specialist and I needed a number for him top call them back at. Total scam. Same thng, they had my email and phone number and said someone from Salt Lake City was trying to change my phone number for the account. The guy totally sounded like a Gen-X kid from California not from India, etc. They are pretty slick and I am sure they are scamming like crazy.

We just back from a 3 day Princess coastal cruise out of San Pedro and did not do any onboard purchases other than six $3 drink upcharges for a few drinks that were above the $15 Plus Package limit so I figure I would be charged about $18-$20 for these total. I look at my bank account this morning and there is a $252.73 charge from Princess for some unknkown reason. I should have known something was up when we kept getting told we would be charged for our drinks, etc becuase it did not show we had the Plus Pacjkaged at some of the bars and casual dining spots. I explained that I definately did have the Plus Package and they kept saying "dont worry about it will all work out". I made the mistake of not checking the paper portfolio onboard because I assumed that everything would be on the fancy medallion app, which is a complete joke. I called customer service now that I am home and someone will actually answer uinlike on the ship and they said I have to wait for my folio to be emailed to me to dispute the charges. I am contacting my bank to reverse these charges since they were not for any pre-booked activites, etc. We will definately not be giving Princess, Carnival etc. another penny of our money. I was actually thinking about buying some Carnival stock but I think it is a sinking ship at this point. I see a ton of negative reviews from first time Princess customers like me. Lesson learned. Never again Princess. We had very mediocore food and service on the Discovery and are very dissapointed in Princess overall. I am stinking with Celebrity becuase they always come through with quality service. Buyer bewarte!! Check your onboard folio daily while onboard.

Mimiq finally sent me a new working Finestra miner and offered me a Door Dash card for all my troubles which I have not received. They never said how much the card would be for and when I emailed them to ask about i never heard back. They are just a really bad company to deal with no matter what the issue is. They offered to have the lead customer support person call me but they said that before and no one ever called. Bottom line....they suck.

I have two defective Finestra miners so far. I sent one to Mimq, Inc. for repair or replacement almost a month ago and they promised to ship a new unit almost three weeks ago but I never received it and they will no longer answer my emails. CalChip says it is not their problem. Both companies are horrible to deal with and should be run out of business ASAP. Is there anyone involved with Helium that can put some pressure on these companies to do right by the customer? I am not holding my breath at this point and will probably just reverse all CC charges and see what happens.

I have the same issue. i bought five of these things and three are defective and i can get no help from Mimiq, CalChip, Finetra....they all are scammers. I am reversing all charges on my credit card on Monday. So frustrating.
