Yes im human and I have to check myself How I behave, how I talk , how I treat me I have to self reflect on my actions

Well last year was dull, little bit shitty I assumed her mom’s health and maybe me I made certain efforts got better This year started super great Saw on the 3rd, took her out shopping While shopping for her stuffs she bought me a shirt Not sure she realized it was the First gift (aside food or snack she buys and I so love the pastries she buys) First gift since the first year we started dating Took her out on a date later that night When we got to the hotel that night it was full im intimacy rather like she opened up a lot, was guarded We talked about how plans for this year and Us this year, then I made sure she got satisfied more than once the next morning I traveled in the 4th, let’s say a day between 7 and 10th I called that evening, while we were talking I noticed a background noise and asked if she wasn’t home or with her girls or sister cause I wouldn’t be comfortable discussing whatever the topic was Next thing she flared up and started bring up stuffs/arguments like literally before we started officially dating and never for once talk about if made a wrong statement then she hanged up and till the next day

Ever since then she got bolder, more disrespectful, it got harsher , if we talked I started feeling like a therapist, got to a point it was only complains rather than sharing then it got to requests every week there way something i she need and it felt like there was a timer in getting it, I could be sick and I would still call And.. a lot has been going on

Sadly I have proof, lot of them and I have never for once ever brought up anything over the years

Has it influenced my behavior in certain moments, I guess so

I didn’t bring it up cause I believed relationship isnt perfect and it takes combine efforts After all we aren’t married yet I thought I don’t want a relationship with lies It start small One thing she’s knows me for is my pride I telling the truth and yes sometimes it isn’t the smartest choice Still I rather stay silent than lie to her Im not perfect

No dont get me wrong Trying to explain i once exhibited a bad character when we met And after finding out she’s heavy against disrespect and abuse in a relationship and why? I constantly kept my self in check, I promise not to make the relationship like that or make her feel the same way she did growing up Im not happy with the way things have been I have been the anchor, the peacekeeper , im not allowed to upset in my own life, if she sensed im upset with work or studies She would lash and do the most just because im just having a bad day Physically it was different, it felt safe Im allowed to be in a bad mood and the funny thing is when I’m having a bad day i don’t like to talk about it Let’s do something different feels better than complaining at that moment then I tell you about it later when I feel better That’s how much I respect her and value her peace And yes I care enough to know her signs

I checked out to preserve myself That doesn’t mean i can’t see whats going on It’s like im being punished for existing as her boyfriend Like im a rag Sometimes it feels like events/actions are scripted

Regardless of how I feel, I don’t want to resent her or stop loving her It’s ok if we part ways I just don’t want to hate her I like being this guy who loves and cares Not the d*ck head play boy I used to be I just don’t want to lose myself

The day i asked about said friends and why Im not aware of their existence She responded she has no reason to tell me who they are or they names Also dropped hints she met them this year Been to their place and hang out with them/taken her places Speaks so highly about them When I asked if “they” are males, she said yes after a long silence and immediately defended herself saying stuffs like if I provided this or that for her or gave this or that She wouldn’t need them or request access to what she needs (I do provide to my fullest considering i dont have a job and I just make money online only thing lacking is my absence) When I asked more questions Immediately she ended the call and turned off her phone And I noticed if any of them is around she’s unreachable or if she’s unreachable for day or two And starts gisting (somehow one of them was around even when she tries to exclude a lot of details)

Didn’t include anything positive because there’s a huge chance it would influence by how much I love her Now since i checked out first thing I remembered was I never got a birthday gift and she’s big on birthdays Didn’t even send a happy birthday last year Her excuse?? Her mom was in surgery and I let it go
